Maninder Buttar

Maninderjeet Singh Buttar, or Maninder Buttar, is a well-known Punjabi singer and songwriter. He broke through in 2014 with the genre-bending “Dil Nu,” from the film Oh My Pyo!, and “Yaari,” which was nominated for Most Popular Song at the PTC Punjabi Music Awards. In 2015, he released his first single ‘Aadatan’. “Sakhiyaan,” the 2018 smash that made him a superstar, hit No. 1 on Punjabi music charts, reached the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top Triller Global chart.

In July 2020, he announced his debut studio album #Jugni, and first track “Teri Meri Ladayi” from the album was released in August 2020. He is best known for his other tracks like “Jamila”, “Laare”, “Ik Tera”, “Do Jahan”, etc.
